I think it is someone who doesn't know how to teach making a fast buck running private courses for gullible punters.

We haven't yet been told what this title means. Many of us have very high English qualifications yet can't fathom out what someone with such a title would do to qualify for that work. Oh please do enlighten us. Perhaps we all qualify for this title but didn't know. H e l p ! ! !

Clearly grammar expertise or consistency is not a requirement. It sounds like a job invented by shuffling fridge magnets.

May I point you in the direction of the Tes Problem Page, where you'll find expert advice and support from intelligent posters?

Well I'm assuming that "leadership development facilitator trainer" from the length of the title is one of those management invented meaningless non jobs that they invent to justify their existence. "Facilitator" in the non-jibberish speaking world might be someone who cleans the facilities. So is it someone who trains the chief bog cleaner? Like "you missed a bit there, there's still a clingon, get the bleach on it"!

It is a person who can’t do who tells those who do do, what they really should do.
