Huge person spec!

Discussion in 'Jobseekers' started by chrishotchin, Feb 28, 2012.

  1. Hi all

I have just been sent a person spec with about 30 points on there! To add to this, the application states that my personal statement should be composed of 2 exeriences in teaching and 3 experiences in life that I take pride in.

So I'm going to try and address some of the points on the person spec in my personal statement, and attach a seperate exec summary, but I'm just wondering how I should arrange it, as there is a space (1 page) in the applciation for skills and attributes- 1 pages wont be enough for either the person spec or the ES- anyone have any ideas how I shoudl arrange all the info?!

    Thanks in advance, TES!
