    Hi all,

I'm currently completing my ITT in Secondary Science and have just started applying for local teaching posts.

Any ideas on how I can quantify the impact I've made as a trainee?

    Thanks in advance!

Try looking at the termly reports from your mentor - that should show how you are meeting the standards.

Also, do a basic E.S. based on the Teachers' Standards. Don't know about E.S.? Come down to the Jobseekers Forum and ask!

The attached document from the Uni of Worcester is very helpful here.

    Best wishes
