Not sure of the best place to post this but thought seemed as good as any!

I work for an training team and next week I am delivering some training in a school where the staff group are having lots of difficulties- tricky group of pupils, new staff members, school not getting the results the trust want, trust pressure etc. The teachers arent in a place to be able to 'hear' and take on the training so we are starting with a bit of problem solving/ listening time but I would like to leave them with something to make them smile, this could just be a little printed out quote or something more. Any ideas about what else would make you smile and feel like you can do it even when it seems impossible?
