How to be innovative in the foundation stage, as a TA?

Discussion in 'Teaching assistants' started by TAWren, Nov 16, 2011.

  1. Hi,
I am applying for a TA position in a foundation stage class
(reception children). The personal spec has 'innovative' on the
'essential' list. I have given examples under the 'imagination and
creative' heading, but am struggling to differentiate between being
creative/immaginative and innovative. Please can anyone offer some advice - this is
initially for my personal statement, and then additional if I get to
    interview.
    Thanks in advance!
    Wren
