So i left teaching Summer 2015 as i was struggling (2nd year of teaching) I have worked as a private nanny and tutor since and as a supply teacher one day a week. This has given me my confidence back and I am hoping to go to full time supply (long term). I have just had a call saying a school i was at on Friday has a Sep-Dec job and want to observe me teach on Thursday as they really like me.
It is a reception class of 30 based on"How the Tiger got his Stripes" recapping the story and altering the ending!
I am so stuck for ideas and getting into a panic.
Has anyone taught based on this and have any ideas that might work.
So far i'm thinking a table of puppets, storyboard of the story to colour in, ordering the pictures of the story.
    Thank you in advance.

Forget the activities and concentrate on the learning.

What do you hope the children will have learnt during the session?

Then think which activities/ resources which enhance and enable that learning to happen.
Believe and trust your own instincts.
    Best of luck with it.

I'm here to see if anybody could help me out. I attended the take one picture training at the national gallery and they sent me all the file downloads but I didn't't download them before the time ran out. Has anybody got the soundscape for the Roman triumph painting that they could email to me please.
    Thank you
