Please could you tell me how much time you have weekly teaching KS4 students Art and Design and/ or Photography?
We have gone down to 2 hours weekly and are struggling to get enough work from the students, most of which will not work out of school. Many Thanks.

We have always only had 2 hours per week and if they are timetabled over the split lunch periods it's only a 55 minute lesson. I struggle to get the work out of my students too. I end up doing after school sessions most nights of the week. Only the ones that work hard anyway attend after school. I end up giving detentions out every week and emailing parents all the time. It's exhausting!
