3 days. 2 sleeps!
CK 23rd is rubbish!
We break up in one hour 45 minutes time! Now that really is yay!
Actually, it's the 22nd. Just found out the 23rd is a Saturday...
22nd is still rubbish!
The 23rd is a Friday: I'm working until then (as are most people not in teaching). The 24th is a Saturday and we get an extra day off due to Christmas Day falling on a Sunday, so this year feels positively luxurious in terms of annual leave. With a Leap Year coming up next year will feel less generous.
The Principal announced this morning that we have 7 get-ups to go!
We don't finish until 3.15pm on Friday 23rd Dec, can anyone beat that?
No, 23rd is a Friday, I know because that is when we break up. Officially our holiday doesn't start until Monday 26th December!!
One day at a time, one day at a time.......... 8 more work get ups until the 23rd!
16th Our daily emails from the Principal have had a countdown on them...
5 more get ups until the 21st!!
Oh my days!!! 23rd??!!!! I think I might die!!!
I've been off a whole week already *smug grin*
Let's spare a thought for all those non-teachers out there who will be working on Christmas Eve, get Christmas Day off and then are back at it on Boxing Day. My son is one of them
We are spoilt, you know.
Thanks, Dunteaching. I don't have to go back till 28th though. What does your son do? Will he get New Year's Day off?
