how many applicants per SLT post (primary)?

Just wondered for my own benefit really:
I'm applying for SLT posts in primary schools in Outer London (phase leader / AHT / similar SLT roles, not DHT) and wondered what the situation is like out there for applicants to these type of posts?

I don't know the answer for this question. But I do know that approx 40% of Primary Headships have to be re-advertised due to a lack of suitable candidates.
Or a lack of candidates who know how to present themselves as suitable . . .

The TES Careers Advice service runs seminars and workshops, one-to-one careers and applications advice, one-to-one interview coaching and an application review service.
I do Application and Interview one-to-ones, and also contribute to the Job Application Workshops. We look at application letters, executive summaries and interviews.
