How long to wait before being invited to interview?

I'm currently an NQT in my first post. I knew that this post was only maternity until May Half Term, so have started applying for other jobs. I applied for one at my training school that I would love, and the closing date was 5th Feb (Wednesday). No shortlisting date, but interviews are a week later, on 13th Feb (also Wednesday). The website says that if I haven't heard back after 4 weeks to assume I've been unsuccessful. Any advice???? Is 4 weeks normal?

It all depends on the school. If they say 4 weeks then that’s their timeline.

It's normally much less than that. We shortlist on the closing date and contact candidates the next day but each school is different.
