How do manage process changes in your school?

    I am new to education and I am very interested in how you manage changes to processes in your school. Processes are small important things like "paying lunch money" or "attendance monitoring", not big things like "Become an Academy" (a project).

    I have a put a quick poll below but I am very interested in your comments as well.

    What works well? what does not work so well? Do you have any written processes or are things done ad hoc.
