How do you keep the weight off?

  1. Couple of months back, I changed my diet and started counting calories. And trust me, it really helped. I lost more than 10 kgs in 3 months. Also, I started yoga. Yogic yoga and weight loss are closely related.

    Counting calories, yoga, swimming, and other similar ways are one of the safe & effective weight loss methods practiced with best results.

    I've just changed my diet to the Mediterranean plan and have lost 5lb already in three days!
    As everyone says as little sugar as possible, low carb and lots of protein and fibre_ good luck!
