Life has its stresses THAT IT THROWS in your face.
Stress at work is one issue but how do others cope with life's stresses.

I do believe that different things work for different people so it may take trying a few things to finally get to something that helps.

I tend to write a lot of stuff down. So keeping a diary where I can vent/say how I feel really helped and then I have started buying them 5 minute journals and the 642 things to write about books (theres quite a few), normally simple things to write about. I found they keep me focused for a few minutes a day and help me remain quite calm.

I often forget to do things so writing things down may have a positive.

I write absolutely everything down. It's part of the Gettings Things Done methodology:

My suspicion however is that this system only works for introverts. Many extroverts are very dismissive of it.

I have a positivity book, I write one positive thing daily, no matter how small. I'm also an introvert, though, weirdly, only in front of adults!! Extrovert Infront of my year 3 class.
