I want to have the pupils name, year target, then test results, assessmnet results etc then use green for being above target, orange for on traget and red under target! I want to do that for a whole class against their target!
How do I do this easily?
Science teacher who needs a few ICT tips!!!

  3. Hi
This should help. You are trying to format one cell based on the value in another, which of course Excel can do easily. The link (click the word This) has a downloadable sample too. Many folk miss the 'Formula is' option in the drop down box for conditional formatting.
