How deep is your audit?

    We get enough of that monitoring and evaluating garbage to deal with everyday - tracking reports, classroom observations, learning rounds blah blah - yet they are not happy to let us monitor and evaluate CFE as it currently stands. Double standards.

    Try asking an HMIe inspector to model good practice in a classroom and see how far that gets you.
    It's a corollary of the old adage, Those who can, do. "Those who can't, teach. Those who can't teach, inspect teachers."

    No mention of those starting this august and....

    While progress is generally good, it is clear that some departments will need more support to help them prepare effectively for the new NQs. <font size="3" face="Arial,Arial">This was particularly the case where <u>departments had been reluctant to progress curriculum development work on the basis of draft materials</u> from the SQA. </font>
