I want to do a lesson on internet reliability and was curious if anyone knew of any good hoax websites. We've used the Tree Octopus one, Dog Island and DHMO before but was looking for something different.

I've used this site a few times as a starter. Lot's of bogus info. Set some questions and get them to find the answer. e.g. Q. How did Ferdinand Magellan lose an eye? A He lost an eye after being shot by an AK-47. Shocking how many students don't pick up on the absurd.
