    Please help
I'm a third year student on my final teaching placement.
I recently had my last observation and received outstanding which I've received for the past two years.
Two days ago two mediators came in to observe a lesson which they've deemed as inaduquate . I have not had constructive feedback.
I've been told they will be coming back on Monday.
Has anyone else experienced this. Advice please

    Have you contacted you tutor?

You need to email them today, NOW, phone, text whatever.

You nee to write down what they said when you were informed of this.

My tutor was present. I was so upset after feedback I had to leave.
All my other placements were outstanding including the final one. I was chosen to be moderated and was told inaduquate.
Can I fail degree because of this?
I live away and have no support- I'm devistated.

Mediators are generally from a different establishment who are sent in to check how the university are assessing students. It is a check on the establishment not you.

If you have received outstanding throughout then I would not have thought that one inadequate lesson would be enough to fail you.

You do need to speak to your school mentor, your university tutor and the person who usually comes into school to observe you.
