Help with translating Pitbull lyrics: Que vuelta?

I'm hoping somebody might be able to help me. I have been given a list of things to translate for our photography guy in school (don't ask!) and I'm fine with all apart from this one:

    1. Cuba, The rapper Pitbull: (“Que Vuelta”) please verify this means ‘what’s up’]

Not being familiar with Pitbull, I have googled him and now know this is a lyric in his song 'Cuban Rideout' and it has the line:

All my cubans... Que vola? Que vuelta? Que volon? (along with some other more distateful language!).

I know 'Qué pasa' to be 'What's up' and haven't come across this being used. Can anyone help?

Could it mean ' What a comeback?'

It's like qué hay in Spain (what's up).
