I have been a primary school teacher for the last 17 years, and SENCO for the last 6 years.
The increasing demands of being a SENCO alongside full time teacher are now having an impact on my motivation and enthusiasm. I am looking into new career options and am unsure of which direction to turn to.
I have looked at hospital teacher roles, but they seem few and far between. I have also considered nanny roles, however these seem to be paid dramatically less.
Can anyone please provide any suggestions on routes that I could look into? ( I will consider something completely different)
    Thank you

    Advisory teacher roles?
    Intervention teacher roles?
    Specialist tutor?
