Hi. I’m seriously considering a career in teaching. I have a young family and I’m struggling to find out exactly what help we would receive with regards to childcare?
From what I can work out I would receive a maintenance grant which would help with day to day living. Paying mortgage etc but this is only around £6,000 for the year! I’d struggle to pay for any childcare out of this.
Can anyone tell me what else I’d receive? I don’t live at home with parents and I’m married. My husband doesn't earn a huge amount...
    Thanks
