I am returning to year 1 after many years in Early Years and
am confused about what I should be teaching are we still supposed to be
following objectives from the old literacy and numeracy strategy? Or is there
new curriculum guidance I have missed?
Would love to hear what others are doing

    Thanks

The 1989 National Curriculum remains the only statutory document for schools but some heads choose to use the framework. You need to find out what your school uses.
