I just know it's a virus. Emailed a hotel to a SE Asian hotel earlier and got a reply...
Mr inky is out. He asked me to email the hotel, so at least it's not my fault. I tried shutting down but, when I rebooted, the wretched thing was still there.
    Now what do I do?
  2. Is there not an x to shut it down or try Ctl, Alt, Del and shut down the process.
  3. What exactly are you getting as a message and from where?
  4. Is it System Tool 2011? Blue background? Mis-spelt message?
