Help required please

    Morning ,

    Apologies if this is in the incorrect forum but I have never posted before.

    I have just purchased two quite expensive resources online , (the money has been taken from my bank account as I have checked), but they are not appearing in the "my products" section of my page as was directed upon completion of the transactions. What should I do now/where do I go from here?

    Any/all advice would be gratefully received.

    1. email help@tes.com
    2. Click on the resources you bought page and click on the report a problem with this resource and described what happened.
    3. Contact the seller to alert them using the conversation facility.

    I have sent an email to Natalie at TES who assists authors. She is usually very responsive and quick to sort out problems. However, with it being a bank holiday weekend I am not sure how quickly she will be able to respond. Hopefully, someone at TES will take a look at the forum sometime soon!

    Have you tried going to the downloads section on your TES site and then clicking on my purchases?

  14. This happened to me. I think I was advised to go to the page and download each resource individually as that worked.

    Hi,

    Yes that's what I was advised too but there are approx. 40 individual downloads with this resource! Haha. All sorted now though.

    Downloading bundles has caused issues with some of my buyers too...
