    Hello all,

I'm an English teacher who's taken up a teacher in charge of media post for Jan-and beginning to panic. I am sure I'll be fine on the theory side of the course, but worried about the practical production. I will be teaching BTEC creative digital media and OCR media studies- thinking of doing the BTEC units digital moving image production, and digital publishing. With OCR, it would be the portfolio in Media. I am worried sick about the practical side as not from a media background.

Could anyone point me in the direction of training courses/websites/books etc where I could learn how to prepare for the digital publishing and moving image aspects? Or any other helpful advice/words?

    Any advice appreciated....

    thanks in advance, Amy
