  1. Just before I put the computer away and have a few days off for Christmas, can anyone recommend any good devising companies to come in and do workshops with KS3 and KS4 students (separately)? I don't want to spend a fortune and get something I could do myself.

They will do workshops for a fee. Not as expensive as you might think.
  4. Have you tried Bigfoot? They helped me when I was in East London, but may have people in NW.
  5. Hi there
I run a theatre company called HyperFusion Theatre Company and we are theatre-in-education company. We specialise in forum theatre and devising so would be delighted to come in and do some workshops with your students.
We currently tour TIE shows around Essex and Hertfordshire working with charities, councils, schools and private companies. We regularly run workshops on various issues and drama skills and would be more than qualified to come and do some specialist teaching on how to devise good drama from nothing or stimulus. As they say - all you need is a space - an empty space - what could be simpler!!
We are based in the south east but would be happy to travel up to you as long as the fee covered the distance.
We are a company who only work with actors who are trained facilitators of education and regularly work within the school environment so they are all experienced within mainstream education. I have also worked as a Head of Drama in mainstream school.
Sorry our website is being updated so you can't look at that but happy to chat or answer any questions via email?
You can contact me on sarah@hyperfusion.co.uk if you would like to chat further?
Good luck and fantastic to know there are drama teachers out there who are keeping that connection with professional theatre so alive.
    With best wishes
