Help needed - delivering an entertaining 12 min presntation

Discussion in 'Trainee and student teachers' started by caryssoper, May 29, 2011.

  1. Hey,
As part of my uni assessment I need to do a 12 min oral presentation and my title is ' using a digital camera to raise standards in gymnastics'. I have already done a 3,000 word essay on it but I'm looking for fun activities, games, questions or any fun and creative ways of interacting with the audience. Has anyone any ideas? Thanks

Does it need to be entertaining?
TBH, I'd focus on looking at AFL and student peer assessment.
If you want to add a bit of 'fun', you could get kids to hold up score cards?

  3. Im doing it in front of my peers in university, not in a school. The score card idea sounds fun!!! Thanks, appreciate the help :)

  4. Yeah I have a few examples I could use. The idea of showing the perfformance before and afterwards would be really effective, really does prove a point.
