  1. Hi everyone, im hoping someone can help me. My school uses music express and the year 2 cd has been misplaced. We have the book and the cd with the activities on but not the cd with the songs to do the activities. Is there any1 who can help who can perhaps send me the songs via email ? Really desperate now!
I will defintely be backing up the tracks onto my laptop next time.

  2. You'll have to buy a new one. Copying is pirating. (I scratched a copy and they won't sell you the CD on its own, unfortunately.) A&C will send you a new one in a couple of days.

I understood you were allowed to make a back up copy - is this not true?

Only for computer software that is purely for personal use.

Yes - but can you not download them on to an iPod for your own use - such as in the classroom?
That then leaves the CD in pristine, unscratched, condition apart from anything else/

That wouldn't be for your own use.
