I have tried searching so sorry if this is already on the forum somewhere. Does anyway have the mark ranges for the KS3 2009 SATs paper?
I'm not even sure if they exist but would like a copy if they do.

lois, are you sure those are 2009 as requested? my spreadsheet is not often wrong!
  7. Are they definitely correct? I haven't got a copy of the teacher's guide and all level thresholds have now vanished off qcda website. Thanks.

Lois is wrong (she has given the 2010 thresholds) and I am right (the 2009 thresholds are in my post #2 above)

I wouldn't normally be so unforgiving but she hasn't replied to my request for clarification on 14th May.

    Here they are again: 2009

    6-8 L8 97+ L7 60+ L6 38+ L5 32+

    5-7 L7 90+ L6 56+ L5 32+ L4 26+

    4-6 L6 84+ L5 56+ L4 31+ L3 25+

    3-5 L5 102+ L4 66+ L3 32+ L2 26+
  9. Thanks very much, only problem is I have to finish marking the damn things now!

I recommend the very excellent emaths website,

Lots of papers, mark schemes, mental tests, grade boundaries....
    ( Thanks Mark )

  13. I do too. I often use it. It has the 2009 papers and mark schemes however the level boudaries for 2009 are missing.
