HELP!!interview on 2nd May need ideas for lesson observation

Discussion in 'Primary' started by charlene_hare, Apr 28, 2012.

  1. Hi i have an interview for a KS1 position in a Catholic Primary School. I have been asked to teach a 40 min writing lesson. They have not given me anymore information other than the writing levels of the children within the class i will teach. One child is leveled at 3c, the rest range from 2c to P4.

Any ideas on what I could teach?

Yes - adapt the best lesson you've ever done on writing.
They want to see your best lesson, not someone else's.

I had an interview lesson recently. I wish I'd been given such freedoms to choose my own thing rather than trying to fit a decent lesson with their request.

    Relish the freedom.
