    Hi there

I work in a school where we are required to use a fiction book for every literacy teaching, regardless of the genre (except poetry). My topic is the Saxons/Normans for September and I am really struggling to find a book suitable to use with the children - I teach in Year 4.

Do any of you have any helpful suggestions please?

    Thank you!

Thank you so much - there is a Saxon story on the first link, so that will start me off, and a list of the Egyptians, so a good start. I will pass on the info for others in the school for ideas.

    Any ideas on Geography links??
