Help 15 Minute Teaching Interview with book

Discussion in 'Primary' started by MissEmilyW, Jun 16, 2011.

  1. I have just got myself an interview (wooo) in a small rural school. My teaching task is to teach a group of mixed ability reception and year one. I've been told to base my teaching on a book and be as creative and original as I can.

I have been thinking about using 'The Queens Knickers' by Nicholas Allan as I think I will be remembered doing something funny (as the per spec wanted humour) and the kids love pants, however the most creative thing I can think of is designing their own pants after I've read the story. Its only 15 minutes so time is against me.....any one got any hints or help???

    Thank youuuuuuu
