Heatherington's Cherry Shortbread

  1. The cherry shortbread biscuits at Heatheringtons are almost perfect in every way and I would like to know how to make them. They are round with tapered edges (Baked in a tin?) crunchy on the outside with a cake like texture inside... any ideas or further info needed?
