Headteacher off sick

Discussion in 'Headteachers' started by NotGoingOut, Mar 30, 2012.

  1. Of course there is a wall of silence! If the LA, Governors, SLT etc involved you in work related matters, it could be seen as organisational bullying and harassment whilst you are too ill to work.

Off sick means off sick and unit such time as your Doc signs you back to work, you must be content to watch Jeremy Kyle in the mornings and make a Victoria Sponge in the afternoons.

If you're finding that your brain is in need of a bit of exercise, take an online course for CPD or pleasure.

PS Hope you are feeling better very soon xxxx
