Do they really think that you can do justice to a SLT application in that size space?
Is this an electronic form? In this case you can expand the box usually, so use the first one for your statement of application, the second for your executive summary, and then have a covering letter.
If you cannot expand them, then in each of them do a bullet point summary of a few key points (not a tabulated executive summary), and a full letter of application, and no covering letter of course.
If it reads above as though I am talking in Chinese, then you haven't yet read the shortlisting clickables nor the FAQs in the Welcome thread above you . . .
    Best wishes

I do Application and Interview one-to-ones, and also contribute to the Job Application Seminars. We look at application letters, executive summaries and interviews, with practical exercises that people really appreciate.
I shall be doing the Win That Teaching Job seminar at 2pm on Saturday February 25th, and also the Moving into Headship or SLT seminar on Saturday 17th March.
