Head of department (English) interview - any ideas about the questions I may be asked?

I haven't posted on here for a while but I was hoping someone may be able to offer some advice. I have an interview for the role of head of English. While I'm really confident that I can do the job i'm not as confident in my interview skills and am a little nervous. If anyone has any suggestions about the typical questions I can expect to be asked that would be really helpful.

How would you manage an under performing member of staff?
How can you motivate your team?
What do you see as the biggest challenges for your department and how would you tackle them?
Is there a gap in attainment between PP and non PP students in your subject? Why, and what could you do to close this?
How can you make sure that the MA are stretched in your department?
How can you ensure consistency across your department?

    Good luck!
