Or an answer
As a point of trivia, correction fluid was invented by Bette Nesmith Graham, who's son Michael became a member of the popular 'quick, let's chuck together an American version of The Beatles, have them mime to session musician tracks and rake the dollars in' boy band The Monkees.
Not a lot of people know that. Well, apart from virtually everyone.
Yeah, I saw through them straight away; the music press went bonkers about the bass guitar behind the Monkees being superior to George Harrison's, but actually it was just a load of idle Tork.
Politicians have been doing this verbally for years, it was only a matter of time before someone put it on paper.
Q: Why has education funding per child declined significantly in the state sector in recent years?
A: Since 1847 the government has spent £35 billion on education.
I loved the Monkees - happy childhood memories
Actually, Mike Nesmith was a good singer and the only member of the Monkees who was a real musician. He recorded a lot of albums and some of his songs are well known, such as Rio and Silver Moon.
They did record their own music later on and showed themselves to be good musicians. I love the Monkees.
I thought my ex was kidding when she said she loved the Monkees.
And then I saw her face...
Love the classics!
Are you sure you are not just a "Daydream Believer"?
Another trivia fact: Neil Diamond wrote I'm a Believer (probably virtually everyone knows that as well).
Possibly. But when Davy Jones died I sent mickydolenz.
Am I having a senior moment? Could someone enlighten me as to why an empty opening post has led to a discussion about the Monkees?
I have no idea what they're Torking about
