when did we start "reading around" things instead of "reading about" them?
when did we start having "issues around" something, rather than "problems with" it?
... when it needs fixed.
or it needs sorted.
Its all sooooo exceedingly annnnnnoying like I could smack someone straight in the mouth like is ever they utter such cr ap.

Basically, I've just read through this thread and agree with everyone … except, basically, 'you guys' doesn't bother me (guilty of using it myself occasionally). But basically, the one that drives me completely mad is when people start every sentence with 'basically'.
'Ave we 'ad
'Thank you SO much' instead of 'Thank you very much' (said in a normal voice) or even 'Thank you SO, SO much' with the SO said with exaggerated creasing of forehead and accentuation of everything...
