Has anyone been asked to go below their minimum NCCT?

I wondered if, due to shortage of supply staff, some permanent staff have been asked to go below their minimum non-class-contact-time in any week? Please remember we are the temporary custodians of terms and conditions that teachers have fought hard for over the years and which are designed to benefit pupils' education as well.If you go below your NCCT, you are helping paper over cracks and effectively depriving someone else of work.So please don't do it. All you need to say is: "I'd prefer to stick to the proper rules on NCCT, if you don't mind."
... and report it to your union rep if you have been asked to do this.
