Discussion in 'Physical education' started by machadingding, Nov 27, 2010.

Does anyone happen to have, or know of, an A4 page with small diagrams of basic shapes (eg. straddle, pike), balances (eg. arabesque, shoulder stand)?

I think I recall somebody putting similar recently.
I seem to remember the response was to Google it as there are examples there.
