    Hi everyone,

I'm in a year 1 class with 29 children. We have 5 groups for Guided Reading of varying ability. Including myself, there are three adults in the class and we each take a group for roughly 15-20 minutes for their Guided Reading session.

Does anyone have any ideas what the other groups, the ones who aren't with an adult, could do whilst they're waiting their turn? I could really do with some activities that are stimulating and challenging, but are suitable for the children to complete without an adult. It's very early days and I know they'll need some training, but any ideas and suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
