Yes. 2 or 3 statements, preferably outlining a process of sorts.
Starts off liquid and flat, then slowly rises, becoming solid?
Oh dear, chemistry not a strong point. Glass? Or perhaps a molten metal of some kind? Gold? Lead?
Sorry to interrupt, but I have often wondered about this 'high' that people get after physical activity.
Its just that I don't seem to be able to achieve it! (Although I have tried, honest!)
Any hints or tips?

*To the poster that was asking about endorphin highs - do you exercise hard? Unless you are on medication of some sort that may interfere with this process, you should feel some kind of mood high for a while after exercising*
