. And unlike the Reception children, it didn't have an accident all morning . . . .

It was 3 days old. Cute or what? Wasn't bothered by 200 children petting and pulling all morning.

I had guessed that it was a small to medium donkey.

What a wonderful learning experience for the children. Now that's 'proper education!'

I can't see the pic, I don't know what it is! [IMG]

I take it it wasn't a bomb, though, which was my initial guess [IMG]

Now there's a famous tale in my husbands family about how many children used to take shotguns to school during the war! (Rural area and I think they 'supplemented' the food rations after school!)

Ah, but have you assessed and recorded the impact that has had on the children's literacy and numeracy levels and its value for money yet Theo?

Thank God some children are still getting real education. Bless your teachers and all they do x

  17. How unbelievably cute is that? I want one!

I sincerely hope the teacher had provided success criteria that the children could reflect upon and assess their progress, allowing them to set their own targets for next time to move their learning on.

What is it? Can't see pic, and only clues i can get are
    a) Not a weapon
    b) cute
    c) smiles all the time.

I would have said stingray but that cancels out a). hmm...

I bet after a day with some of my classes it would get a higher level than them in the assessments!

Can I assume this is a British school or is it Spanish?
