GTP Design and Technology Trainee teaching near enough full time table on my own

Discussion in 'Trainee and student teachers' started by zimon, May 12, 2011.

  1. Are you funded by the training provider or by the school? Did you start in September?
If you are self funded (ie: funded by the school) then this is normal. If you started in September, did you not think to speak up earlier? The course is almost finished!

The GTP should be a training programme -this sounds like the school is using you to cover a vacancy. You should discuss your concerns with the DRB as a matter of urgency before things go too far.
