Grammer help in my reports.

  1. Ok, please do not judge me, but I am checking thorugh my reports tonight and have come to a capital letter block.
    If I am writing-

    'has really enjoyed his time in the Reception Class.',
    Do the highlighted letters need to be capitals?
    Sorry- feeling a bit frought and thick

    I would, I think it looks 'tidier' but I don't think it's essential.

    The word is 'fraught' though.
