    There is absolutely no way we can fit 15 into a classroom. 8-10 at the most

    Not the main point, but there's always this assumption that classes have 30 children.There are plenty of teachers teaching classes of 31, 32 etc. So that's now three teachers to a class instead of two. Meanwhile the rest of the staff (much reduced in number) are still providing home learning materials.
