Golden Hello

    Does anybody know how much the Golden Hello payment is for MFL after deductions?
    I know its £2,500 before,

    According to the tax calculator on i-resign.com, it should be £1725.

    So around £3,000 including the monthly pay?

    20% off for income tax; 9.4% off for NI if in the pension and11% off for NI if not in the pension; 9% off if paying a student loan and 6.4% off if paying into the pension.
    So, if in the pension and with a student loan, deduct around 45%.
    If not in the pension and you have a student loan, deduct 40%.
