GOAL BASELINE ASSESSMENT

Discussion in 'Computing and ICT' started by carlingdarling, May 10, 2011.

  1. Hi everyone
I am in a pickle with regards to finding a solution to this. ICT in year 7 and 8 is now taught cross curricularly by non specialist staff and the assistant head is after something which we can use.
What are your opinions on GOAL SEEK? Anyone use it? Worth the money?
If not what else do you use? Do you have any intergrated tasks you would wish to share?
Any help would be kindly appreciated.

    Thanks ever so!

  2. Are you just wanting something to do a KS3 baseline assessment? If so, just use Yacapaca!

  3. I know this is an old thread, but I've heard that Goal assessments will end next July, because of the new curriculum.

We actually found they served a purpose.

Are there any other online assessments for primary schools?

  4. You could have a look at alfiesoft which is a bit like Testbase but on-screen and with diagnostic reports. www.alfiecloud.com
