Another one in his 60's.
The BBC gets it wrong again. Frey is actually second from the right.
I grew up with Eagles music.
Again, it's Frey not Fry and he's pictured second from the right.
Pictures around the internet naming group members who aren't in the photos and missing out those who are.
I'm so thick!
You know who I mean though.
They do say things go in 3's.
Although the vocalist was Don Henley, this was co-written by Glenn Frey and remains my favourite Eagles song:
Did he model his appearance on Max Headroom?
One of These Nights was one of the first records I bought. Lucky to see then twice live when they were touring although not the last time which I think was about two years ago ? Class act.
Take it Easy Glenn
Sad for his family but I always loathed the Eagles and their mellow, hazy Californian MOR sound. The best thing I can say about them is that they made punk happen sooner because they were such a turn off.
The Eagles were the soundtrack of my teens. I really hoped to see them live before I die myself. I can cross that one off. artboyusa, most of t'menfolk say that! Personally I found the whole talentless, shouty, angry-over-nothing punk thing rather tiresome.
Whoda thunk Glenn would go first? My money would have been on Joe Walsh (my favourite!). His liver must be a fine one.
Joe Walsh? He should've stayed with the James Gang.
"You can check out any time you like,
But you can never leave!"
Me too. That and rap music. What's it all about?
Rap music!? Ah, yes the stuff with the silent "c".
