  1. Hi,

Can I ask a really stupid question? How do you go about being recognised or gaining promotion? What sort of things should you be doing?

    Thanks

  2. I should add I do a lot at the moment re writing schemes etc and volunteering for stuff. However it seems to be a fine line between being walked all over and being recognised.

    Thanks

  3. Writing schemes of work tends to be what you do LESS of once promoted to posts of responsibilty. It depends on what type of TLR post you are considering applying for - check out the person specifications on job ads. It is likely you would need experience of line managing others / leading initiatives.

Making sure you pass your NQT year first. Try not to run before you can walk.
