Gee whizz it's windy!

    Windy here in SE England too.
    Damage yesterday to patio furnitiure - left out in the hope of an Indian summer [​IMG]

  8. We were almost killed on the A1 on our way back from our friend's wedding in Norfolk. We had to stop off in Newcastle while Mr. CK recovered. Horrible.

  13. Oh yes thanks, we're fine. There were lots of lorries on the motorway who were swerving all over the place due to their high sides and the gales - we almost got ran off the road whilst overtaking one, while at the same time narrowly escaping being rammed from behind by a lorry driver who seemed to have no depth perception.
    The entire eight hour journey was a nightmare. I've aged about five years.
